My laptop tested and pass before selling, so it is NOT **Bleep**
BUT the buyer says that laptop **Bleep**

This appears to be an unfortunate transactional issue between you, eBay, and whoever the buyer is.
Look, there are specific rules established by eBay to deal with conflicts such as the one you described.
Have you considered that this could be a shipping issue? -Meaning, the Shipper messed up and banged your package around and broke the contents. If this is a possibility, you may want to contact the Shipping company, and consider filing a complaint.
For that reason, whenever I sell something, I package the item carefully, take pictures, and sometimes pay for insurance.
Anyway, I would recommend to first immediately contact eBay here: Report an issue with a buyer | eBay.
Let eBay mediate. Avoid getting emotionally involved.
