I ve purchased new laptop from flipkart but there is already profile..how I know my purchasing date

I'm not sure I understand
but if you have bought a computer, already used, knowing it or not, it should be sold blank, with no trace of another user
I can only advise you to get your money back and run away from the seller
It could just as well be a stolen computer!
