Hi, i just purchased new laptop today on 8/9/23 and the warranty date start earlier from the date i bought. its on 23/8/23. is it normal? how to fix this?

I understand that you want to update the warranty, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to raise a warranty dispute to update the warranty.

seemingly the link is not working for dispute the warranty. please assist.  what does it mean? "If the dispute link is not displayed, the product might be a commercial product, which cannot be disputed online."
