Product: elitebook 840 g5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It seems that my device comes with a IR camera . Im not getting any driver to install or make it work. please let me know

Actually the Elitebook 840 G5 series has two options for webcam (camera).

Do you know what is the product number of your machine ? You can use HP Support Assistant to find out.

 

My machine product number is 3RSA6PR. It only has part # L13677-001 which is a normal camera. Please check your machine, part # L15509-001 is for IR camera.
