Product: Spectre x360 15inch

I would like to ask if Spectre x360 15 inch laptop is AVAILABLE. Im interested to buy. I tried to place order at HP USA OFFICIAL WEBSITE however i cannot continue my order purchase for the reason that they cannot delivery to the philippines. They only cover USA terretory.
