Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, We usually use HP Elitebook laptops and use an image to deploy to the new laptop.  This worked great and have imaged dozens of laptops with it.  We have created a new image for the Probook Pro model, but it seems to use the Windows 10 Pro serial number of the original laptop we imaged (Thus, not activating saying that the serial number has been used elsewhere).

Has anyone come across this before?  We use ManageEngine to do the image and image the exact same way as the previous model.

Thanks heaps.

Hi:

If all of the notebooks came with Windows, the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will show you the installed product key and the OEM product key in the PC's BIOS.

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Store Applications

Change the installed key to the OEM key in the PC settings menu and W10 should activate.
