Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a strange problem with USB ports A and C after BIOS version 01.12.01, and then version 01.12.02. USB ports seem to be turned off.
Any device I plug in doesn't work. I noticed that there is no power in any port (I have an external card reader, which when connected with a cable lights up a green light).
The only thing that works is charging the laptop via USB C port.
I tried a hard reset (holding the power button for 50 seconds), then I physically removed the battery and did a clear CMOS. It still doesn't work.
I can't restore the previous BIOS version because USB C firmware can't downgrade.
Has anyone had this problem?
