Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y0AV)

HI Team,

 

I have purchased the HP Laptop selected in the Dropdown HP 15s on 18th December

However, on the HP Website it shows the wrong date

 

How do I get it updated to my Invoice ?

Check HP warranty status:

HP support

 

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

Check your warranty or service status

 

To find serial number follow:

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories

Don't post serial number here in the community !

 

Recommendation and solution

If status (date) is wrong:

--->>> HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status
