I would like to know if the HP ENVY 17-ce1007nl notebook, sold in Italy, has a Thunderbolt 3 connection.

 

Also, is it possible to configure it with the I7-1065G7 processor and 4GB GDDR5 of dedicated graphics memory?

No, it is a pre-built model/product (machine).  You have to buy a different model/product (if available). No manual is available now

Therefore I can't say there are other models/products which have what are you looking for.
