HP Recommended

Hi . I use hp elitebook 840 g3 and I would like to use it with powerbank as well . I recently bought 40000Mah  powerbank which all input and output parameters were fit to each other but somehow there was not electric transmission . Probably It doesn't support to be charged with powerabank . Is there any way to charge this laptop with external power supplier ?
