I want to ask for HP laptops, is it good to plugging in while charging ? And is it to move laptops while it is on ?

Thank you for posting back.
Follow these tips to make your laptop battery last longer.
- Activate battery saver mode.
- Unplugged unused peripherals.
- Plug it in before it dies. ...
- Keep your laptop out of hot and cold.
- Have enough RAM.
- Don't keep your laptop plugged in.
- Turn down the screen brightness.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
To get the answer to this question, Leaving your laptop plugged in will not cause short term damage, but if you only ever use it on AC power you'll almost certainly find that after a year the battery's capacity has been significantly reduced. Similarly, if you only ever use it on battery power you'll get through the battery's discharge cycles quicker.
