Product: HP pavilion power 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP Team,

I want to buy a HP PAVILION POWER 15 i7 7th generation Laptop which is available at DARAZ ONLINE SHOPPING but it is refurbished. Is it ok to buy a refurbished HP laptop? Are Refurbished laptops genuine?

My company sells thousands of good quality refurbished HP laptops every month.

 

Most without an OS and some with.

 

And all are "Genuine"

if the company will provide you with a 'clean' product and will warrant it for you as you need, i don't see a problem with purchasing refurbished products... in the US, HP has an outlet store that sells refurbished products
