Normally support will ask you about the model/product of your machine. They won't answer about motherboard / system board for notebooks/laptops.

For many machines now, motherboard is one component of system board therefore asking for motherboard alone won't have an answer.

Your 250 G5 machine has system board with

(a) motherboard,

(b) CPU/Processor,

(c) Video card (if available),

(d) Operating system (if applicable).

All above components are on one piece of hard ware called system board. For exaample

Part # 903786-601 on a model/product of the 250 G5 series has  Intel Core i7-7500U processor and 4 GB of discrete graphics memory (R7M1-70) and Windows 10.

Regards.
