Product: Pavillion

My mother in law hasn't used her laptop in years. Just sitting in a case. Now it has Boot Errors and Hard Disk Not Exist. this thing should run like new. My Dell Inspiron from 2003 runs like a tank. I'm wasting my time trying to figure this out for her but she can't flip out for a new one. I had an HP printer that failed too. I'm so disappointed. It's almost like they set it up to fail so you repurchase another one like the Windows blue screen of death which is why I don't hook up my comp to the internet with my very reliable Dell w Win
