Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (6B4Y3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had had this laptop a matter of weeks and even purchased next day support as I need the laptop for my work. It has a fault, they won’t come out to look at it and I’ve received an email saying the parts aren’t available (despite not diagnosing what the issue is).  I need to escalate this but worryingly there doesn’t seem a route to do this??
