My note book will not run over 0.39GHZ It has been formatted and operating system reinstalled but still has a limited clock speed of .39GHZ. All drivers and bios etc have been updated. A Curry's technician ran a diagnostic on the chip which it passed however he stated he has not had a laptop take as long to run the diagnostic. I can by going into the registry obtain max clock speed constantly but only did this to check the functionality of the processor. I had the laptop shipped to Curry's repair centre but they stated they could not look at the Laptop as it is classed as a business Laptop yet i have owned from new bought on a electronics website. I cannot seem to get through by any means to HP support. Any info would be great. Cheers Mike
