I purchased extended warranty for my laptop. But now I checked on the website it's showing expired and not recognising my extended warranty till 2024. I have mailed to HP regarding this, through the link and I have also attached the pdf of me purchasing the extended warranty of HP. I haven't received any update regarding this. What should I do it's not fair.

You might have to raise a warranty dispute to update the warranty.
