LOUD FAN - Brand New HP 24-f0792ng

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just unboxed a new HP 24-f0792ng and the FAN NOISE is so loud that it is difficult to concentrate on my work. 

Is there a way to resolve this without having to return the PC to HP?
