Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Notebook PC

The laptop BSODs during boot up fropm shutting down Windows 11.It shows up as System thread exception not handled.
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff807c1dbdd2d, 0xffff910dc2856d78, 0xffff910dc2856560). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\110424-17500-01.dmp. Report Id: b1c51d30-a15d-452f-a69a-a65858fd2639. dmp file [Content Removed]

So can somebody please tell me what the issue is exactly and how to resolve it?Was previously running windows 11 23h2 didn't had such issues before.
