Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

we have a few HP Zbook Firefly 15 G8 Notebooks in our company.

A few users are complaing about the laptop is shut down after they close it and take it somewhere else.

We already checked the energie options and every driver + Bios+ Windows Update is updated.

What else can we try?
