I work on AutoCAD in laptop, while working it suddenly shuts off ,it was fully charged and its still off I tried many times and its been 3 days.  What should I do?

I suggest you perform a Power drain. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

 

if the Notebook still does not power ON, please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
