Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,
Are there any notebooks or PCs with USB-C interface that support dual-role power with up to 40W? We would like to use the laptop (or desktop PC) to supply a USB-C AltMode sink with a power requirement of approx. 34W. Does HP offer something like this?
