Laser Cartridges do no tfit MFP M182nw 538903

I have purchased laser cartridges from your company and non of them fit my printer. The only cartridge that fit is Black. I would return this printer for a new model or a refund. My printer is still under warranty. The sad part is that I could buy a new printer for the price of your cartridges. I need a printer that works.
