Product: hp probook 430 g3

Hi,
I left freeze my pc, when I come back I tried to switch on but nothing happend.

I noted that if there is battery or cord there is a light on power led but with cord there is not light on supply led (below the picture).

I tried to use only cord or only battery but nothing, also I tried to do a reset clicking the power button for 30sec and connect the cord but nothing.

Connecting my cord in another pc seems that works instead connecting another cord on my pc nothing happens.

what can be? What I have  to do ?
