Left side usbs never worked. Overlooked it bc was a great computer. Now tbat my salim drive fail

Product Name: hp Probook 455 G43
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my left side usb ports never worked? then they all stopped working except on on the right b0ttom. my point is, i lready changed the key board, i know how to do the mhttps://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQV81LvTAabz6aEgWY-lawgizch25JJLwsoOaYsvA-A0yZUeQ9Dodem. would fixing the usb be a serious issue? probobb 455 g4 thanks.   Also my slim dvd stopped working.   I am wondering if it would  be an easy solution too loo into where the left side usbs plug in bc they never worked since day 1.     Iam wonering if that was the case .   And I need help getting a SSD carraiage to hold in my hard drive please help.   I tried tape and paper doesnt seem pemanent.    I will pay for it.

 

Otherwise this laptop ran miles over my coworkers apples 3-4k svaaios

So does anyone have instrcuvtions on how to check usb (the ones near HDMI) port never worked.      Besides that I am falling in love with a new long term brand and one i can fix myself when needed.

You can update BIOS & Chipset drivers & check .

If Issue persist please perform HP UEFI Diagnostics for USB to check any hardware related failure.
