(Load problem)

Bonjour j’aurais besoin de votre aide s’il vous plaît, j’ai récemment acheté un hp OMEN mais malheureusement j’ai de sérieux problèmes, quand je charge mon ordinateur il indique l’icône de charge mais malheureusement ne prend pas de pourcentage de plus, je suis allé voir un mainteneur qui m’avait garanti que c’était le chargeur, il avait réussi à me trouver un chargeur qui est parti mais 3 jours après le même problème est revenu.  Je ne sais pas quoi faire Je ne sais pas si je dois faire, si je dois changer la batterie ou le chargeur qui n’est pas toujours adapté Notez que je suis un grand fan de jeux vidéo)

I have the same problem with my HP pavillon x360 convertible. while the HP is turned on, the battery is not loading any pourcent but it says "connected" to a power supply with little lightning icon on it. 

The only way to charge my HP is to turn off and keep it connected to the power supply.
