Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a Windows 8 Pro computer that my work gave me. It has 16 GB of RAM and it's processer is an Intel Core i7 Pro. I used to be able to boot to the BitLocker screen and then enter the key correctly. I always read it from my sheet of paper. Then one day, the key expired and when I booted to the BitLocker screen, I tried entering it but said incorrect key. It also said unable to obtain BitLocker key when I tried more than 3 times and I have to reboot to try again. I also don't have my recovery key saved in my Microsoft Account and I forgot my CMOS/BIOS password. I also tried contacting HP (The computer was out of warranty) and they said that they could replace the board. However, when I received the quote, it was $302.99 Plus Tax! That's way too pricey for me. Also, HP stopped providing the SMC.bin file to unlock the CMOS password. What can else can I do?!

IT Department of your work place should be able to give you Bitlocker key after that you can change as you wish

Hi banhien. As I told you, the key has expired and I cannot even contact my IT because I left that company but they let me keep the laptop. The bitlocker key was correct all along it just can't obtain it for some reason meaning I am stuck at the bitlocker screen. I don't even care if I lose my data. I just need to get in.
