We are a school and we have a keyboard issue with a teacher laptop - it is an HP 250 G7 Notebook
The keyboard is faulty. We have carried out all tests and also reset the laptop.
It will add extra letters when typing and also becomes unresponsive. We would like to arrange a repair under warranty - This seems to be an impossible task.
Website goes round in circles taking you back to the start - I have an HP account and it's a registered product that shows on the dashboard.
Tried to open a case on a page I finally found - Turns out it's for printers.
Tried WhatsApp - That was for printers as well. They transferred me to computers- That was for home use only not commercial. They just gave me a link back the very unmerry go-round that is the HP support process.
No other way to contact HP.
Awful support HP - Anyone manage to get a support case actually registered recently?

- Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.

Check the Warranty on your product
Warranty Check – Single or Multiple Devices
NOTE: Warranty date is updated after purchase and registration of the device.
If the device is not registered, or if there are other issues, submit a Warranty Dispute form.
NOTE 2: If the single-system-check fails to find your device, use the "multiple devices" method to
check single or multiple devices.
- If necessary, Select your Country on the main website page or at the bottom (click Flag)
- Scroll down > To the right of Check multiple warranties, Click Continue
- Enter the Serial Number and Country for one or more devices / systems to be checked
- Check the box to verify you are "Not a robot"
- Click Submit (at bottom of list entries)
- When the page opens, Click View Details

Thanks very much for that - Sadly, it's the same page that leads to nowhere and then back to itself.
I have just received another HP telephone number suggested by a hardware supplier - Maybe I will try that when I have built up my patience reserves..
