Login to HP Client Security

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help logging into HP Client Security. I know my Windows password and use it everyday, but HP Client Sec keeps telling me that "the values do not fall within expected range". I can't uninstall HP Drive Encryption until I log into Client Security, and I can't update Windows 10 until I uninstall Drive Encryption.

Inorder to resolve the error message , you could try downlaoding and installing the latest version of HP Client Security from the link below :

 

LINK : http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77916.exe

 

I would suggest selecting the "repair" option when trying to the latest version.
