You can try this website here, but it already said the number is not correct. Did you have maybe a spelling issue in that number?

Thanks for your reply Bastion.  Yes, a typo in the error code. Code should have read -

Product ID: N0Y00UC#ABA

 

I had already tried the link you posted.  It just told me that I had a critical error & tried to lead me to an HP dealer for repair.

 

This code resulted from a quick ram test so I took out my ram stick & cleaned the contacts.

Hey presto!  Ram test now good & no more blue screen. 🙂
