ZBook 17
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have installed HP Client Security Manager (Ver 9.3.1.) and two versions of  HP Theft Recovery (Ver 8.3.0.6 and Ver 8.1.2.7) in my Workbook.  In order to update my OS from Win7 to Win10 I need to uninstall Client Security Manage (CSM).

Now, the loop:

1) When I try to uninstall CSM (ver 9.3), I got a message saying that I have to uninstall first Theft Recovery (TR)

2) When I try to uninstall any of both TR (Ver. 8.3. or Ver. 8.1) I got a message saying that I have to have installed HP Client Security Manager (Ver. 8.3 or Ver. 8.1 respectively, which are older than the my current version installed)

3) Finally, when I tried to install HP Client Security Manager (Ver. 8.3 or Ver. 8.1)  I got another message saying that I have already installed a new version of HP Client Security Manager, so I have to uninstalled that new version before install the older

So, there is a loop to uninstall CSM. Please, I will appreciate anyone that can help me with this issue... I am driving crazy. Tks.
