I have had the unplesent expeiriece with trying to get a laptop repaired
Every time I speak with HP it is always - 'let me transfer you to the dedicated team'- clearly double speak for I will not help you.
The next department / dedicated team states they need another dedicated team and will have to call you back.
The call back does not happen - I have to follow up and no surprise 'let me transfer you to the dedicated team'.
No notes are held from previous conversations so back to the starting point.
This infinite loop of what I can only assume is deliberate negligence makes it very difficult for hp to justify their advertised values.
Why does HP accept this service and why should we?
