HP Recommended

I have a new HP Elitebook 840 G9 and G5 USB-C docking station. I am using a wireless keyboard/mouse and wireless headset connected through USB. If these peripherals are connected in the G5 dock, as soon as I start an MS Teams (in Windows 10) call the peripherals and built-in camera stop working.

Thereafter the USB devices are not recognized even if MS Teams is closed down.

It requires a power down restart to restore the peripherals.

If the USB devices are connected directly to the PC then this issue does not occur.

I found a similar issue in an old posting: Solved: HP USB-C Dock Station G5 USB issue - Page 3 - HP Support Community - 8339335

I have tried the MS Teams and BIOS settings suggested in there, but the problem perists.

I have installed the latest MS Teams release.

Help invited.
