Product: HP ProBook 645 G3 and HP Probook 724 Ge
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have seen some major perfromance issues in our envrionment with recently released Spectre patches, systems are becoming almost unusable.  Removing the patches relating to W10 1709 helps to restore perfromance however  W10 1803 has a perfromnace impact as well.  Is anyone else seeing these types of issues relating to AMD processors.  Any recomentation to hlp mitigate the effects of these patches.
