Manual and booklets when you buy Envy x360

I bought a new Hp Envy 360 and at the inside manual or booklets I did not see any description mentioning the name Envy. Just a simple brochure to state how to use it. But not a manual to give descriptions like all kind of needed materials.

Could someone tell me what are the manual, booklets etc when you just open a new box of HP Envy x360??

I am in doubts, that the one I bought is not 100% new, but may be used, or kept as demo to show to the clients in a shop.

Can someone tell me if I am right or wrong.

HP PC's don't come with manuals anymore.  That is done to save trees.

The idea was to know if my laptop is 100% new, as I did not see that those booklets mentioning hp envy x360 there and they were not in English. Looked like they speak for HP products in general. Thats why I doubt.

Is there any way to find out if my laptop is new and not used by someone or if its a showcase to the clients?

It looks like have been touched enough.

Even its production date tell Dec. 2020, the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th numbers after the letters in the serial mumber of it are 0530. 0 means 2020? 53 means week 53 of 2020?

You're very welcome.

You can find the year and week of manufacture by looking at the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number, which will always be numbers.

53 can't be right, because there are only 52 weeks in the year.

0 would be 2020, then the 5th and 6th characters are the week of mfr -- 0 -52

There is no way to tell if the notebook is brand new, or someone returned it to the seller, or it was a demo.

The serial number is XXX0530XXX

Its 0530, thats why I thought there are not 53 weeks.

What does this mean?

Its not a good and trustable product?

I sent an email for the warranty related to its serial number. But, there were 4 types of warranty there; 1 is 23 months, 2 is 22 months, 3 is 11 months and 4 is 2 months.

I did a question before for this. Lets wait if HP will reply to the warranty despute I did.

I just remembered.

2020 was a leap year.  There were indeed 53 weeks, so yours was made in the last week of December.
