STATEMENT

I have purchased an HP Spectr 13-ap0015ur NOTEBOOK (5QZ76EA#ACB) (Spiderman 18C2; Win10), serial number /IMEI [Personal Information Removed] in Kostanay, Republic of Kazakhstan, under a bank loan for 2 years according to the invoice No. [Personal Information Removed] dated February 29, 2020 in the store of JSC "Technodom Operator".

In October 2022, white bars appeared on the screen, I contacted the seller for diagnostics in order to protect consumer rights and eliminate the violation.

However, my appeal was denied

Meanwhile, the technical conclusion of the official service center of RSS Alatau LLP found that the equipment had a factory defect - a malfunction L37648-001 (display module) and replacement L37648-001 (display module) is required to restore performance, it is indicated that the warranty has expired and the cost of repairs at the expense of the buyer is 635,200 tenge.

Thus, a product that was expensive for 500,000 tenge, and its adjustment was 80,890 tenge, its repair will cost 635,200 tenge, moreover, as a result of a factory defect that manifested itself only after the warranty period.

Through no fault of my own, the purchased product can no longer be used for its intended purpose, and for me, such a repair price is simply too expensive.

In this regard, I ask you to help me restore Premium-class equipment at the expense of the manufacturer.
