Elitebook 8560w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am running an HP Elitebook 8560w with a clean install of windows 10 64-bit. I have 16gb of ram installed. The system seemed to be lagging a bit, so i ran the hp diagnostics tune-up through bios, and received the following:

Memory Test: SOFTWARE ERROR. I am assuming this is directly related to the lag in the laptop. My question is this: 1.) What does this mean? 2.) How can i resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
