Missing driver ACPI\VEB_USB&DEV_C0000

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a zbook x360 g5 notebook, unfortunately I bought this notebook in the USA, in NY on vacation and HP does not offer support in my country, as it was purchased in another. He's been having a problem since I bought it. Today I suspect from driver (Driver ACPI \ VEN_USB & DEV_C000 for Windows 10) where another user reports that he had to replace the motherboard. Because HP will not change the motherboard, I was wondering if I can isolate this component in the BIOS to avoid errors. How do I do that?
