Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please do not send any more support files to reset my laptop power settings through support assistant.  Modern standby is a mess on this laptop.  It sleeps, the fans spin endlessly and the only way to get it back is to force a shutdown and wait for it to come back up.  Something is very wrong with how this works, please see this video as a primer.

Feel your pain; I have a Dell Precision 3470 with the same problem.
