Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased an HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2. My HP ZBook15 G5 will not establish a connection with my monitorsOther accessories that I have plugged into its USB ports work fine.   Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
