Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello , so i recently buy a brand new kingspec msata ssd for my laptop it's marked as compatible with my laptop and he don't show up on windows , i've speak with the seller and he don't understand either the ssd is working fine on my desktop pc i even inisialised it but still nothing on my laptop i try different boot type but still nothing i've seen an other people with the same brand and the same issue but the thread is too old....

Any idea ?
