Example: Pavilion HP Spectre x360 - 15t-bl000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my computer 2.5 years ago from HP (I custom made it on your site) and now my battery has swelled to an enormous size and has caused problems with my SSD 512 HD (it has failed) and my computer won't stay on when using the new HP battery. The computer will only work when the battery is unplugged and the laptop is plugged in. This expensive laptop is a lemon. The battery looks like a bloated brick and now the SSD is bad and my motherboard is affected. I'm losing valuable business and productivity at work. My old Lenovo lasted more than twice this long.  What options do I have to get help with a replacement of a manufacturers defect or a complete replacement of the computer?  An $1800 custom made HP Spectre x360 should last more than 2.5 years.  The laptop had no external conditions or damage applied.  It has been well taken care of and babied.
