My 8560w lags with no apparent reason

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have 8560w laptop with i7 and NVidia 1000m GPU, Windows 10 and latest drivers I could find. My laptop lags sometimes on basic task like playback of BD rip files, H264 files. Video gets blocky and pauses etc. The same issue when I'm working with Nuendo 7 DAW. It could be small project with one video track containing video with not CPU stressfull codec like Apple ProRes Proxy. It pauses while playing back on a second or few and then continues skipping those seconds. I can't track this problem as well as my friends. It seems totally OK, passing all tests. Drives are healthy.

I'm not sure if it's related but I experienced super slow copying from SD card from cardreader from time to time.

I have F61 BIOS version
