HP Recommended

My HP 830 G6 X360 indicates white light on charging port but wont turn on. What could be the issue?

I've seen this before. (I posted about this here a while ago).

 

unplug A/C charging, the I had to open the laptop, disconnect the batteries (main and CMOS), then I held the power on button for 1 minute to reset the CMOS, then reconnect and everything worked.

 

Maybe try connecting an external monitor if the above doesn't help
