HP SPECTRE RECHARGEABLE MOUSE 700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This new mouse has developed a squeak in the scroll wheel, and its making me crazy!  A pointing device that costs $65 should not squeak... I don't want to oil it down, what are my options?

Thanks for the reply... I had the same experience.  Their support model is to direct the customer repeatedly to a new number, and different queue, and then never address the actual issue.
I actually have a handful of HP devices, and fortunately my expensive ones are hanging in and don't require support so far.

I won't by ANY more, I can assure you of that.  Too much competition for my hardware dollar to invest in unsupported products.
