I was working on my laptop and got a message the battery was low. The charger was plugged in but I didn't notice it wasn't charging until the laptop turned off. I thought maybe it was a power supply failure, but I just purchased a new power supply and it too won't charge the laptop. I am on vacation and "stuck" with no laptop now. I read to try and do a power reset- to no avail. Any other options??
