HP Recommended

My Hp envy 360 touch screen rayzen 5 won’t turn on even after plugging power , I took it to Hp store back in India , store kept for 2 days and said he don’t know what’s the problem . 
I bought it in Dubai 2020 , it was working fine for more than two years , I put it on sleep mode after that it never turned on , Hp repair person said battery is ok , but couldn’t find why it’s not turning on.
