HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)

I need help filing a complaint with the corporate office.  I purchased my HP laptop with faith that I would have the best experience but I’ve been bamboozled.  My rose gold laptop the one I use not so often but when I do it’s because I need it.  Somehow every time I use it when I turn it off and return to it a little while longer I get the black screen nothing will load I’ve contacted you guys about this issue three times this being my third and the help I’m receiving is not to be desired transfer from one team to the next team to be told no one can help me why can’t I power my laptop off and come back and use it like normal why do I continue to get this black screen and this error on boot I really had some important stuff to do and now I have to look elsewhere to try and get this done I am very disappointed and I really want someone to help me with this 😢
