Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

 

I have bought a laptop a year ago that is i7 5th gen. I don't use it roughly but now whenever I open it and plug in the charger it restarts. I don't know why it happens please comment if you know the solution.

I can't visit links or open any website.
