Product: Mysupport
In the last years HP support for business become leaked.
In "mysupport" portal we can't end the registration because the website is buggy.
- The user logged in unable to select Country or Language and so he is not able to move on.
- We don't have any channel , concact, email to report a problem for this site. (in this situation from time )
- HP websites in general offer poor user experience, light years away from competitors.
- I can't talk about phone support because I can't find words to describe it.
This situation is no longer sustainable.
